I saw that too but if you go back and look at it those shares relate to when the asset was vended into the shell in 2009 and there appears to have been a delay in issuing them. Like i said each to their own but if you look at companies like extract resources or cuesta coal what these guys are asking for is very reasonable in comparison in my view.
