No reason to sell them in my opinion. The nomination alone would have shaken them up, and whether the relationship is perceived as hostile or not depends on BAS themselves - after all obl acted in good faith throughout. Certainly pressure on the directors at BAS since on one hand need to meet shareholder expectations and on the other, watch over their shoulder for further pressure from obl. And if a takeover ever did occur, the holdings in stock by obl would be worth more than now. All in all, probably better not to have.a seat on their board till they get their house on order - last thing I want is culpability impacting obl by whatever odd decisions the other members of the BAS directorship may embark on...
