Astrology doesn't need anyone trying to believe it and nothing worse than someone trying to ram it down your throat though obviously Gann did well from it and Gann is 110% astrology ... Make your own thoughts about that

If it works for those using it awesome :) and that's it really ...the actual dictionary meaning of astrology is the affect of planetary movements on human behaviour yada yada not just the markets

It's great for commodities though farmers use it for planting after all I'm sure it has some sort of self fulfilling prophecy to a small degree if every trader who trades oats with astrology knows to buy on a certain day well what are you going to get ? So u can use that in itself to your advantage sometimes :)
