The price may be dependent on the type of placement. If it is to an institution it may not be massively discounted as they get the chance to take a large stake this way at below current prices. We must also remember the stock was around 98c for the last couple of weeks, it just dropped to 90 as word got out. We shall see soon however what is going down. Hopefully any dilution is offset by profit from the investments the cash is put towards.
