re: Ann: IXR: IMX signs Heads of Agreement to... Sorry to hear that you blame the Government for the collapse of the company's Zinc and other mining asset values. A more realistic analysis is that resources equities have been out of favour across the board, and most of the globe's money is hoarded in cash, bonds and dividend plays. Until that changes, we won't see price appreciation.
