I would like to see them sell the sign at 4TS, apparently it has been valued up to $7 million US although what value is something that cant attract an income?? Possibly is a rat here, i have wondered if Clear Channel have a motive for not finding an advertiser, eg force LUM into selling the sign for peanuts to Durst?? This situation has had a significant impact on my mental health, i could be viewed as being paranoid but that is what frustration does to you.......
