Agree with your last remarks which means there could be a long wait to full take up of production. But they have come a long way in an industry that demands reliablity & consistency. And of course their inexperience have lead to costly mis-judgements, plus the runaway fuel prices can't of helped.
Still, to a newbie, or believer, it is looking inviting from this juncture. They are selling some stock, aren't they?
