OZL could be a dividend play.

If OZL board are incapable of finding a good use for the cash hoard then we should get a special dividend of the bulk of that - see my post above.

OZL need to spell out their capital plan. Either do a good M&A within a reasonable time frame in this low price cycle in resources sector , fast track Carapateena or if those options are not able to be done then issue a special dividend leaving $200M cash in the bank and use PH profits net of PH ongoing development to fund Carapateena development.
