This is the normal sort of clap-trap that these motivational speakers try to sell to audiences of women and of course make a living doing it...
Equal opportunities are generally available for men and women these days...
However this clown would like to change the "equal opportunties" to "equal outcomes"...
Sorry but the world doesnt work that way...
Men and women are inately different and with different sets of basic strengths, weaknesses, desires, degree of dedication, ability to work under stress for loing hours etc etc etc etc...
As I recall a Harvard prof was forced to resign for in a remark widely mis-interpreted by the media: There seems to be a difference between the distribution of intelligence between men and women so while the averages are the same, there are more men at both the extremes of high intelligence and the lower end of intelligence... There seem to be different standard deviations of the IQ distributions bewteen men and women...
So naturally when you have a close to 50% woman/men born ratio, you get more men than women excelling at the skills that reward them with top jobs...
And there is no amount of social engineering that can change that and not damage the society by penalizing the high performance men...
