Dear Ed/Buster,
My post above sets out my concerns regarding what I perceive as a potential conflict of interest should ASI/Silvergate have nominee directors on CAP's board AND have a direct interest in Hawsons as a result of acquiring BMG's interest in Hawsons.
Given a few thumbs up on my post, I assume that others also have similar concerns regarding a possible conflict of interest.
I appreciate that this is hypothetical as it is not known who will acquire BMG's interest and you do not currently have any directors on CAP's board.
However, assuming that situation did arise, are you able to say if the ASI/Silvergate directors would exclude themselves from any vote on significant matters relating to Hawsons?
