Yes Tony, oops I mean Ben I can see your simplistic view that you consider men are superior to women when it comes to top leaders jobs.
Of course thats a simplistic view that doesnt take account the years of discrimination and unequal opportunities that tended to impact the number of women that make it to top jobs.
