Some red bearded sanity at last.
My Geiger counter has been bleeping "one-eyed" cross promotion for a couple of days. Not saying all is rosy in Eritrea, but if comparing why compare with another troubled wannabe miner, rather than with industry norms.
Both projects have huge uncertainties, bit hard comparing one cloud of uncertainty with another isn't it?
Having said that, I'd much prefer IRR as a financial metric for such a project, than some capex or opex (with exclusions) alone metric, where one eats the apples and spits out the lemons.
