What happens IF what JH is going for is not substantiated?

Can CTP then sue him for all his CTP shares, interests, etc and get rid of him for good? I sincerely hope so!

Let's put it this way ... If JH was still in charge, I can bet that the SP would be well under 10c. The we would have the whinging SH's complain about JH doing nothing, etc, etc.
