at the end of the day the onus is on cyclists. roads were built for cars, not cyclists. if they want to come onto the road to ride their bikes then fine - but they must show respect for the rules, otherwise why should anyone else respect them? a lot of cyclists seem to think they are owed something for some reason.. not sure why.
