All of the announcements state Deflector is easily treated by a combination of gravity and floatation - two of the simplest and oldest processing methods there are.
The previous owners tried to treat Deflector with a CIL plant, thats why it failed.
Perhaps you should do your homework before making such uninformed statements. Unless of course you have an ulterior adgenda.
