This soapy has surely nearly reached its climax.Either Chipperbill is a guru or a dud.Personally I feel Chipper is on the ball and congratulations to Chipper on his in depth research and the many hours he has put into this.I do not hold this mob but if Chipper is correct....well what can one say??????
