That is NOT true.....
now imagine IF banks were the "supporters" of a counter system to Master Card,Visa etc.........
IF...the banks were the people covering losses of billions a year in fraud.......wouldn't they have a vested interest in developing a system which eliminated fraud?
That is a thought worth considering.
