The agitator in the Xmas Tree clan is the son, not ma and pop. he is a known political agitator. he is running a political case through the courts, he hasnt got a chance and I suspect they will pay them off before it goes to court. Judges hate people clogging up the courts by running a political agenda with no legal basis.
