there are commissioning (or pre-commissioning, however you want to define it) concerns.
so the announcement WAS VERY IMPORTANT. every step leading to profit realisation is important.
so with a positive announcement, investors sell huh ? that is what you believe ? and not only do they sell, they actually dump....that is what you believe right >
you are fully entitled to your believe and I respect that...
not me though.
