Booz, so as a landlord if you wanted an increase from your tenant and your tenant paid on time very time with out fail never hassled for anything, and the tenent didn't want to pay the increase would you simply let them leave for another tenant (keeping in mind next tenant could be a non payer and winge heaps) would you agree to keep rent at same level?
