It would be nice if they could outline what the purpose of these additional funds is in the announcement in future....
I guess the banks agreed that the funds were for a worthwhile purpose to lend it and it also sends a signal that the banks have confidence in the company to lend additional 100% of market cap...
I'm with W534220 on this though - the purpose should be announced. why $60M - 100% share buyback? lol :P
