Perth roads just aren't designed for cyclists, inner city roads are far too narrow and insanely congested. I don't see how it works well for anybody when to give a cyclist enough room you are effectively halfway into the other lane. I don't see that many fortunately as the roads I take they'd be insane to try it and I'm sure they agree.
