Sorry my mistake thought I had gone to the GNS page a few years ago.
The unanswered question is why would you need $60m you are surely not going to need that cashflow unless you are growing the business and I doubt that you would be doing any major shifts if you are trying to sell the businesses.
That forestry is still ae\ting cash is a given and IMO they should have informed the market how much this is. Its fundamental to the cash flow and survival of the business.
Then add to it that if you are in sale mode and the businesses have a value than explain why it is not cash flow positive? Why would I pay $245million for something that has just asked for another $60 million. I thought you bought profitable businesses. sorry but the self liquidating facility which is as i understand it matched to debtors etc is the pace that temporary facilities should be - not in core facilities.
Then why would a director also bail now.
All of this is getting a bit bad no I am not going to buy shares and even the hybrids are beginning to have a bit of risk IMO.
Nothing makes sense and I sold my RHL today as I dont like what I see here.
