I often hear about Americans working 3 jobs to get by.
Sure 2 of them are probably part time I guess.
Their health care is a joke.
Making employers pay the cost is a real anti incentive to employment.
I know many were anti Medicare levy here originally but it seems a better idea to me.
I believe their payroll tax is paid by the employee. Weird.
The number of homeless there says much about their view of caring.
There is no doubt less dependency is a carrot and stick approach that makes it more necessary to get off your bum and be productive.
I'm all for less Government welfare, but in the end, if consumers have no disposable income then they don't spend and the economy doesn't thrive.
With all our bitching about small matters, we still live in the best country in the world.
