    wow what a great downtrend!

    just came across this! have been looking for property-related stocks lately... i think the time is here.

    i'm going to short this on monday and join the majority of the market in pushing this lower. property clearly only going south from here as everyone drowns in debt

    as larry livingstone said: prices are never too cheap to sell a stock in a bear market and never too expensive to buy in a bull market
