remember one thing. singy post only publicly say locker deal is a small pilot. but tzl say deal is for a big roll out but refuse to tell market details. does not add up. there is missing information not given to us. and both companies are happy with this situation. may be singy took shortfall shares ? more deals to come which rely on this secrecy i think.
