I understand that a special general meeting is to be held to replace the board.
should be interesting to see the new boards take on the assets they hold. could run very fast once market is informed.
notice lodged at end of AGM but still not lodged at ASX this current board is a bit risky.
The shares may be suspended if an inquiry is held but it will generate interest.
