Yep I agree with sandy that given the lack of honourable directors on the asx then we need to keep the terms of reference as wide as possible.

Peter Jooste QC

Peter was the non-exec chairman of Eastland Medical Systems for the past 6 years. A period when there was significant internal (and negative) machinations within the company as well as some further negativity with a couple of partnerships that had been established by early mgt.

Peter's belief in the EMS product for the benefit of pediatric malaria sufferers was unwavering.

At his last AGM last week I thanked him on behalf of shareholders
