If the SPP was fully subscribed...the incentive for the instos would be to drive the price higher (at least for the 5 day VWAP period) so retail SH pay as much as they did. However, if the SPP is a dud (and it's looking that way atm).....the incentive for instos will be to push the price down to drive the discount to a lower VWAP to 'average down' their entry price. Just the way I see it...happy to hear other viewpoints.
