No lawyers on the board anymore for legal action or advice. Atleast managment told shareholders, no damage was done to the shareholders as the share price has collapsed enough since june when this would have occurred, and so this news doesnt have any effect on the share price at all. Shareholders know if promised news doesnt come, just bail, as it is bad news. No one waits for news anymore. Just have to go on history and that tells you that.
Raise some money and go again thats what i recon should happen. Dont get pogged down in a legal fight only, drill and well.
