Maybe FMG are looking to take a bigger piece of OBL, or OBL want more cash... who knows lifesgood, but if things were going *itts up the SP would have tanked.
early post mentioned that in the AGM no cap raisings needed now FMG on board, so that should give you good reason to assume the deal is all but done.
