    re: Ann: Results of Annual General Meeting he... So Richard Hill withdrew his consent to be Director and as such he is no longer on the board - 2 more Directors to go.

    Clearly he was aware of shareholder dissent and did not want to suffer the embarrassment of an overwhelming no vote for his reelection.
