I'd be very happy to see cyclists and motorists both pay their way. Guess what; the cost of driving a car would go through the roof once you fully cost the damage they do to roads and the congestion they cause. Also very happy to see everyone obey the road rules. I do both and I'm stunned by the number of car drivers who are on their mobile phones. Probably the same ones complaining in this thread. And guess what the difference is. Bike riders who break road rules endanger themselves. Car drivers who break road rules kill other road users
