Ferdie,
The fraccing moratorium has nothing to do with the federal govt.
It has been wholly and solely the Victorian govts decision to put this in place and as the Federal minister Martin Ferguson's office said to me, (Tim ? was his name), they cannot do anything to stop the Vic Govt.
... but maybe the Fed Govt might talk common sense, but won't hold my breath waiting, OR maybe O'Brien, Peter Ryan might be educated in the interim about fracing, to have more common sense and allow Lakes/Beach to get on with it.
As I've said before, I can't see any benefit in taking up this offer by a questionable company, except if the SP had been higher, I could have sold and then repurchased to lower my overall cost.
ie., cost me 1.2c, and I'm not spending more, even with the generous 10% interest.
