I'm not overwrapped in the prospects anywhere going forward shorter term nor where we apparently are in the market cycle but I must say that sentiment and the overall mood out there in markets, business and property is very reminiscent of a bottom, not at all of a top.

So if there are forces out there that are going to take markets down we are looking to significant generational problems for the falls to have any sting to them .

Personally I see many longer term opportunities at present but whether these opportunities develop into anything meaningful soon or in the distant future is the 64 dollar question .I can certainly see that once we put the ghost of 2007 to bed there are going to be some exponential rises ,the conundrum is whether the meantime is a short time or a long time .The thing that has me scratching my head is that markets have become more condensed with things happening quicker in the internet age ,yet this current malaise is grinding on and on . Common sense says that when it breaks very strongly it will be up ,common sense also says that we haven't yet suffered enough pain
