No I don't think that is a possibility. PXG are doing extensional drilling where there is no known resource. The market is aware that there is nothing there yet, if results were mediocre then the current disclosure would just be confirmed. However, and positive results including those much better than expected (wider, visible gold) would be a material change to the current disclosure and needs reporting. My opinion only.
