we all knew these directors were going to get in..all they needed were the first 2 major sharholders to get the over the line... as directors
looking at the votes against only 200.00 shares were against
the board approx... it appears most people just got there proxy forms and threw them in the bin.weak now u must of seen the sp going down straight after the meeting...they should of voted..thats what u get when u dont make a effort to vote...it wouldnt of made a difference though...these guys really need to pick up there game...i keep seeing sage buying his pet company cfe...is he a gsz shareholder
i know his company dempsey res is...though i dont think the whole board is...
if bugs bunny puts himself for re election ..il vote for yes
at least we will all end up with a carrot...

im not a big shareholder ...i just like to see the old fashion roadshow..were people large firms know about gsz
