As someone else said,the Mining Permit was not one of the items that was relied on for the take over to proceed.

Thay keep on adding on extra items to waste more time each step of the way. Dates fixed,need extra time to get funding. Need extra time as we need Congo Permit,sorry we forgot to tell you that two months ago when we agreed and signed the term sheet.

Sorry we need extra time as the Chinese economy is slowing down.

Sorry we need to drop the share price as iron ore is dropping in price.

Sorry we can't give you anymore per share because the iron ore price has gone up,that is your problem you have to except what we offered because you agreed and signed the offer document.

We need extra time as it is Chinese New Year. We need to wait for the 8/8/2013.
