Tototy - there is a window under ASX Rules during which directors are banned from buying or selling, prior to an announcement. I can't remember the details - maybe 14 days, or 30 days. I'm sure somebody will jump in with the correct duration of that window.

I think what Botfodder was getting at was that there may be a reason such as that buying or selling ban in place if there is another announcement looming.

Of course, they could also not be buying because (a) they don't have the money, or (b) they still think it's too risky....!
