it is a very good announcement imo, the next one stating that all terms are agreed and the deal is signed will be even better.
ATM WRG is under or off the radar imo until the question of funding is sorted. The company is working on a number of fronts regarding this issue.
Till then the lull represents an opportunity (depending on your view of the companies future prospects) because once funding is done one way or the other, there will be more announcements and contracts (Saudi, Morrocco, Cape Verde and India) imo and the company will be viewed far more favourably by the market.
