But I'm not motivated to point out the four areas you have overlooked.

Not to mention the almost parallel example of FKP in another country.

To current shareholders ask yourself this question: is Rizzla's assertions on underlying value correct?

Even if you adapt a Steve Keen doomsday scenario of a 30% fall in residential value, what would FKP BE WORTH?

Is Rizzla correct or is the international firm of accountants who took a hacksaw to the value of the retirement assets in FY12 correct?

I could go on and on...but eventually it comes down to what you think fair value is. I don't believe we will realise our NTA but I also think Rizzla is playing with the marbles on his assessment of worth.
