you can see from Nevsun's Bisha history that a similar scenario is being played out with STB. In fact the final buy in price was still not finalised until 6 months into commercial production. So people who think that the current situation is going to slow things up are dead wrong.

note how the structure of the deal changed over time and wasn't concluded until 6 months into production...also the buy in was negotiated to come from after tax cash flows.
