    "The pricing for the offtakes will be linked to the prices on the London Metals Exchange and the London Bullion Market Association."

    "linked to" is the term used in that announcement.

    If it was in fact the exact LME price, the words "linked to" would not be used. Those words clearly suggest a discount to LME which would be absolutely normal.

    The actual discount though has not been disclosed.
