"i don't think Cerhob saw Julia Gillard speak to that censure motion. It was one of the best, with excellent speaking skills, sharp and intelligent with a breadth...."
I have no issue with her debating skills - she's one of the best as I've posted before (ref speech against Ruddlck) but in this case she was speaking to a pathetic motion that was really just an attempt at point scoring about private conversations with tenuous links to mental health issues. Her indignation was obviously contrived - how she managed to stretch it out to around 10 minutes was a feat in itself, breathless lowering of voice included. A triumph of style over content.
