Bazz, I would say a placement has already happened to SIs/insts (hopefully just All States)and therefore no underwriting will be needed. I can't imagine another rights issue or share purchase plan.
Check out what happened in April 2011 with a placement to raise $4.5m at $1.00 per share. AS took up 3m of those shares. Refer to anns 6/4/11, 12/4/11 and 18/4/11.
