All I can add is apologies I didnt post earlier.
I thought about it for a while, but really had no idea at what point QBE represents value again so didn't want to comment; but the price drop eventually made me do it.
If the rumours of a cap raising are true - i suspect we will see a 9 - 9.50 offer
