if they go past 19.9% they then must make a full takeover offer.
Notwithstanding, if as LZA suggest MVT have been buying at $0.040 then based on the last couple of days trades and todays 11m I suspect that they will be getting very close if not have already hit the magical 19.9% then we should be hearing something from them in the next three days!
The upside for MVT is that bookvalue of Cashmere is $2m but based on the transactions of Cashmere its value is closer to $7m therefore $0.0155/share.
The effort to take over MMX would far outwaeight the potential upside after MVT had outright control over MMX.
The real value is if Sir Ron can convince Cashmere to backdoor list into teh MMX shell!
