    the chinese never pay overs suchislife thats for sure. i reckon 65 cents in this market would be there first attempt but who the hell knows. just speculation of course. roc's cheap on 2013 earnings real cheap thats why i thinking of takeover at these prices.

    on another note the 200k buyer at the end of the day in the auction came from nowhere. bodes well for next few weeks.
