    The photos are there for the world to see - take a look!

    If I were building a holding pond for toxic industrial waste I wouldn't put it across a watercourse where there would be substantial run-on in any rain event. That's just my opinion of course and I'm not an engineer - perhaps there's a valid reason!

    Again, take a look at the images and explain what looks like salt (or similar) scald, down slope from the holding pond - I'm happy to listen to any explanation you may have - ask them for a readable yarn in the office tomorrow!

    I'm a great believer in Ockham's Razor and in this case it seems obvious that normal run-on has caused the pond to overflow. As I said I'm happy to listen to any other explanation.
