It is all a bit confusing, but I think you will find that in order to get the 3c dividend, one needs to be "registered" on September 9th...to be "registered" on this date, one needed to be holding shares on the close of business last Friday.
That is why the shares fell about 3c on Moday!
I'll admit though, the "NMB A CUM DIVIDEND MKT WILL BE ESTABLISHED IN NAMBERRY LIMITED" announcement of 05 Sep 2005 11:59:43 has me a little stumped.
As do the shares currently trading under the code NMBCD...I assume it is these shares that are still eligible for the dividend, which would explain the bid at 5c...but must admit, don't understand this issue.
Anyone out there can shed some light on this?
